Richlane Homes is a Chilliwack, BC based residential construction company, owned and operated by Kevin Nicol, a Registered Housing Professional, in business since 1987. Richlane Homes specializes in custom residential home building and project management. All homes are covered by the National Home Warranty Program.
At Richlane Homes, we understand that each house we build will be our customers’ homes, where kids will grow up, memories will be made and dreams will be realized. In fact, our motto is “Making Your House a Home You’ll Cherish.” We understand that homes should fit the way you live, that each home is unique and that customers like to choose their own options, like flooring, paint color and lights.
